These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the URS Technologies website and any business software, implementation, or support services ("Services") provided by URS Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

URS Technologies designs, builds, and supports business software — including point-of-sale, HR, queue management, production management, farm management, and Telegram bot systems — for enterprises operating in Kenya. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or service agreement signed with the client.

2. Enquiries & Demo Requests

Submitting the contact form or requesting a demo does not create a binding contract. It is an expression of interest that our team will follow up on. A formal engagement begins only once both parties agree to a proposal or signed agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback during implementation, and lawful use of the systems we deliver, including compliance with applicable Kenyan tax, employment, and data protection regulations relevant to their business.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, URS Technologies retains ownership of its underlying platforms, frameworks, and reusable components. Clients receive a license to use the delivered system for their business as set out in their service agreement.

5. Payments

Fees, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods (including M-Pesa, Airtel Money, and bank transfer) are agreed per engagement. Late payment may result in suspension of support or services as set out in the relevant agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable care to deliver reliable, secure software, URS Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our Services, to the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law.

7. Website Use

Content on this website is provided for general information about our company and Services. You may not copy, reproduce, or misuse website content without our permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

9. Changes to These Terms
